Iuri AndreazzaTech H4kr.
Engineer of twenty-one years in practice. Founder by necessity. Philosopher by habit.
I started coding in 2002, on a computer borrowed from my work as a junior apprentice. Since then, eight companies, two postgraduate degrees, eleven teams I helped to build and a single commitment that hasn't changed: building deep things.
Today I'm CTO & Co-Founder of Noûs an applied-AI company building multi-agent systems for problems that don't yet have a clear solution. Before Noûs, I led research and software engineering at three other companies in Brazil.
When I'm not in code or on a call, I write about future world models from a technological prism perspective, about what machines can and can't know, and about the craft of those who dedicate a life to thinking with, and through, systems.
Building Noûs a company that thinks alongside.
Noûs is Greek for mind. It's also the company I co-founded in 2019 with my partners Rodrigo Pacheco and Wagner Fraga to answer a single question: how can technology help companies and entrepreneurs decide with data? We're a small, technical team focused on applied AI for finance, healthcare, and marketing.
“The most useful AI is the one that returns the question to whoever knows how to answer it.”— Noûs Manifesto, 2026
Three ways to work together.
I work with a small number of clients per quarter. Each format has clear deliverables, an agreed timeline, and zero empty promises only what we can verify together.
Four projects in production, right now.
A mix of live products, open infrastructure, and companies I founded or helped found. Three are public — click to visit.

I think better writing. Here's what I've written.
Monthly essays (in pt-BR), recordings of public talks, and a few long conversations with people I admire. Subscribe to the newsletter to receive them.
This week, specifically.
Page inspired by the /now movement. Updated when something concrete changes. No theater.
The queue currently has seven people.
I don't take more than three new conversations per month — and I'd rather understand what you're building before we schedule. To join the list, send three sentences: what you're building, which decision is weighing on you, and when you need an answer. I confirm your position within 48 hours.
